If you are ever unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of taking delivery and organise to return the product to us with no restocking fees. You will receive a full refund, minus the delivery and pick up charges, under the following terms and conditions:
1. The 30 day guarantee begins from the day of delivery/pick-up of the furniture.
2. Customers must notify the Newell Furniture team in writing via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org regarding your intention to return your furniture. This must be done within 30 days from the day of delivery. Without valid proof of delivery, the date shall be assumed to be 3 business day from product despatch.
3. Items must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging, complete with all accessories or additional items.
4. Until the item for return has been received and inspected, Newell Furniture will not be held liable for the item while in the care of the customer or while in return transport.
5. Where a product is within the 30 day period and a refund is requested, Newell Furniture will refund the original product purchase price, minus the delivery and return pick-up charges.
6. Newell Furniture reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions without prior notice.
Whilst we do our best to provide you with the highest quality furniture, there are some cases that are beyond our control. If you notice that your product arrives in less than perfect condition, please call us or email us at email@example.com and we will provide you with assistance.
Sofas: The wood frame and springs have a three (3) year warranty against breakage. Springs are covered for breakage due to metal fatique or pulling loose from wood frames.
Furniture: Newell Furniture offers a full one (1) year warranty against defects in material and workmanship on our furniture. Transportation to and from our distribution center is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Please note that warranties are not transferable and do not extend to re-sold items. For warranty to be in effect, products must have been used for its intended purpose through normal use. Defects resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal wear and tear, or if used for commercial purposes are not covered by warranty.
